Senior Graphic Designer [San Francisco, CA]

Responsibilities

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing a variety of print and online materials for an exciting set of new financial products for healthcare. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Marketing to create print materials (brochures, newsletters, welcome kits, how-to guides) and web content (portals, Flash demos) for consumers and employers implementing an exciting new form of health benefits.

The Senior Graphic Designer will:

   • Design and develop print materials, including brochures, guides, forms, and other materials
   • Create Web portal graphics and Flash demos
   • Develop Flash presentations that communicate financial concepts and online banking usage


Qualifications

   • Bachelors or Masters degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field
   • Three (3) years minimum experience
  
• Banking, financial services, or healthcare benefits industry knowledge/experience preferred
   • Expert-level proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and other programs
   • Strong design aesthetics in typography, color, photography, and layout
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   • Excellent proofreading skills
   • Start-up experience desired
   • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently with little direction

Vice President of Card Management Solutions [Chicago, IL]

Responsibilities

The VP of Card Management Solutions is a key member of the product leadership team and is responsible for managing Canopy Financial’s debit, credit, prepaid, and other card product and related strategies.

The VP of Card Management Solutions will:

   • Be responsible for product ideation, design, and development of card services products
   • Lead the new card services product team in developing and executing programs
   • Work closely with sales to achieve revenue, market share, and other demand-related goals
   • Drive innovation and require a thorough understanding of market and client needs

Qualifications

Client Services Project Manager [Chicago, IL]

Responsibilities

The Client Services Project Manager (CSPM) leads both technical and non-technical staff in the areas of application development, business process design, workflow development, and business/technology architecture from project definition through deployment.  The CSPM is responsible for defining overall project strategy, including user interface and technology requirements, developing project plans, corresponding deliverables, and ensuring the teams adhere to the proposed milestones and goals. The CSPM is also responsible for coordinating and facilitating the completion of a variety of internal and external projects that together lead to the successful deployment of Canopy products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in developing and managing complex internet applications built using Microsoft tools and technologies.  The candidate will also have experience in client-facing roles.

The CSPM will:

   • Develop and maintain working relationships with client project sponsors and stakeholders
   • Oversee project plans, project scope, schedules, risk management policies, and status reports
   • Apply project management methodologies and best practices to complex client initiatives
   • Assist clients in prioritizing new development and enhancement projects
   • Supervise technical resources on a project by project basis
   • Plan team member work assignments and schedules, as well as monitor work performance
   • Communicate project status regularly to IT management and project stakeholders

Qualifications

   • Bachelor’s degree in Computed Science, Business Administration or related technical field
   • Five (5) years minimum experience managing complex technical projects
   • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, procedures, and best practices
   • Ability to build strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams
   • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide the efforts of project teams
   • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, as required, and prioritize appropriately
   • Skills with standard project management tools including MS Project, MS Office, and Visio
   • Experience with .NET framework, .NET 2.0 framework, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2005 required
   • Experience with ASP.NET AJAX, Web services, MS SQL Server 2005 desired
   • Effective time management and organizational skills
   • Exceptional hands-on analytical and problem solving skills
   • Banking, financial services, or healthcare benefits industry knowledge/experience preferred
   • Strong research and writing skills
   • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

.NET/C+ Developers [Chicago, IL]

Responsibilities

The Developer will be working with a technologically advanced team responsible for developing multi-tiered web-based applications.  Responsibilities include creating, optimizing and evolving heavy transactional and scalable web-based banking applications using .NET 2.0 Framework and SQL Server 2005 database.  The Developer will be responsible for working on all layers of the application in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Qualifications

   • Two (2) years experience with .NET framework and experience working with .NET 2.0 framework
   • Experience with ASP.NET, C#
   • Experience with Visual Studio 2005
   • Experience with ASP.NET AJAX
   • Microsoft certifications preferred
   • Strong understanding of web services
   • Working knowledge relational databases, mainly MS SQL Server
   • Experience creating stored procedures and views
   • Experience creating Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
   • Strong problem solving skills
   • VB.NET and XML/XSLT skills preferred
